1. Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:
- Transit Time: 8–9 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10–12 business days from the moment of purchase.
Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.
2. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT on Friday or during weekends or UK Bank Holidays will be processed starting the following business day.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (such as Royal Mail or ParcelForce), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
4. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Loire cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at contact@maison-loire.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be treated as a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Customs & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Your total at checkout is the final amount you pay — there are no additional charges upon delivery.
